Tired of wasting money on “disposable” .22 snap caps? I was. I decided to make my own out of the toughest material I could source. These 3d printed snap caps are built to last.

I decided to use NinjaTek TPU, the same material I have been using in all my custom gaskets and seal kits.

These snap caps were specifically designed for repeated hammer strikes from a rim fire revolver. The rim is also reinforced to prevent rim shear on extraction.
